The pier contains an amusement park with a big wheel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and parts of West Los Angeles, a carousel from the 1930's, several shops, vendors, entertainers, a pub and a few restaurants and a cafe. At the end of the pier, fishermen get together to enjoy their hobby.
