Blakely Dam on Lake Ouachita

Lake Ouachita does not have hybrids.

This area is one of the most beautiful areas in the state of Arkansas. It is located about 20 minutes beautiful from downtown Hot Springs. Above the dam, Lake Ouachita is the biggest man made lade in the state and is owned by the United States Corp of Engineers, This lake is known for the best stripper and hybrid bass fishing in the south. It also has bragging rights to some very large catfish and crappie fishing. Just to the west is a lookout called Hickory Nut Mountain. From this lookout you can see for miles and miles across the Ouachita Mountain range with the lake right below you.
